SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
At NovaWear, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and securely. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Standard UK delivery usually takes 3–5 working days, while Express delivery takes 1–2 working days. International shipping is available, with estimated delivery times provided at checkout. All orders are packaged with care to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your NovaWear purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return unworn and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached.
To start a return or exchange, simply email us at returns@novawear.com with your order number. Once we’ve received your item, we’ll process your refund or send your replacement within 7 business days. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
